Jessica Dutton – Solicitor
Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Psychology from Bond University in 2016. She then completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor in February 2017.
Since commencing her legal career Jessica has gained experience in a range of areas from commercial litigation to property law and succession law.
Jessica has a particular interest in succession planning including wills, enduring powers of attorney and superannuation. Jessica’s interest extends further to the administration of deceased estates and estate related litigation including family provision claims and solemn form proceedings. Other specialist interests include contract disputes and consumer protection.
Jessica is passionate about her work and prides herself on her efficient use of resources and time. Her experience in the field of psychology enables her to communicate with all manner of clients to develop a solid understanding of their expectations and to convey practical legal advice.
In her spare time Jessica engages in a range of acrobatic and circus inspired styles of dance. Jessica is also somewhat of a vintage enthusiast and aside from law and psychology her interests lie in science, fashion, design, and food.
